Delete your Koloxify account

You can delete your Koloxify account from the app, or ask us to do it by email.

In the app

1. Open the Koloxify app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. You will be signed out and your request is sent to our team.

By email

Email support@koloxify.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm the request with a code sent to that phone number.

Before you can delete

An account can only be deleted when it is not in an active circle and has no unpaid penalties. This protects the other members of your circles. If either applies, the app will tell you what to settle first.

What we delete and what we keep

• Deleted or anonymised: your profile (name, phone, email, username), identity verification data and selfie, payout bank details, trusted devices, push tokens and support messages.
• Kept for as long as the law requires: records of contributions, payouts, fees and penalties, which we need for fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. These are then deleted.

Our team reviews each request and will contact you if anything needs to be settled first.
